donors receive lapel pin. Associate level donors will receive
four issues of 12th Man magazine. Football priority parking is
based on availability. First-time donors receive a plaque (note:
donation level). Season ticket holders' bowl ticket orders filled
first, remaining orders filled if tickets available.

ANNUAL
CONTRIBUTION LEVELS
Annual gifts to the 12th Man Foundation may be
made in any of the contribution levels shown above. Giving levels will
occasionally increase by a reasonable amount established by the
Foundation's Executive Committee.
MATCHING GIFTS
If you are employed by a company that has a matching
gift program, you have the opportunity to increase the value of
your 12th Man Foundation gift at no additional cost to you. Please
check with your human resources office for more details.
Many
matching gift companies only match the tax-deductible portion
of your gift. You will be billed for the unmatched portion of
your contribution.
TAX STATEMENT
If your contribution includes an option to purchase
tickets, 80 percent of the amount is tax deductible; 20 percent
of the amount is not tax deductible. If your contribution does
not include an option to purchase tickets, 100 percent of the
amount is tax deductible. 12th Man Magazine is valued at $35.
Consult your tax advisor to see how tax laws apply to your particular
gift.
